My main service is creating and updating homepages for both companies and
individuals, but I also do logos, animations or anything else that has
something to do with computer graphics. When it comes to payment I have a fee of 25 US$/h including VAT. For non-profitmaking associations I might even do it for free if I have time and find it interesting or just take a small symbolic fee. There are three main reasons that makes it positive to hire me and they can all be concluded in one sentence: "High quality creations made with feeling and effectivity." |

A graphical creation without feeling is like a car without an engine. It just doesn't work. To make it come somewhere you need to push and fight like an idiot until most of us give up. Then you call the towing company, which in this case symbols the designer, which comes for rescue and checks the situation. Now there are two alternatives. Either they tow the car to the garage and fix it or you just trash it and buy a new one. I create with sense of the unique. Without my personal style it's not genuine and can just as well be. Of course it happens that I look at others' creations to get inspiration, but I gently care of my uniqueness. |

The things I create have high quality, both artistic and technically. To look on the artistic side point one comes back. The feelings in the creations makes them eyecatching and encourages further studies, "There are always more to discover." Quality on the technical part means I'm optimizing the creations by adapting them for the media they're going to be sent through and spending some time trying to find the compression method that suits best. With adapting to the media I mean that for publication on the internet I optimize as much as possible for the best effectivity possible. This can sometimes be forgotten which gives negative effects in the long run. By spending some time on this from the start you reduce unnecessary complications. |

When I create something I make it effectively and fast but without reducing the quality. You can compare it with loss-less compression, i.e. you don't lose any quality when you for example makes the picturefile smaller. It's very important not to let the quality fall in the shadow of the time pressure. What do you choose, a meaningless picture created in 15 minutes or a meaningful one created in an hour. So whatever you do, don't stress the artist because of a deadline. Scamped work never works. Of course, this doesn't mean you should loiter... ;) |
