In the
year of 1998 Anné-Garden
was unbroken ground. These pictures were taken during the second and third
years, so don´t give up: you can rather quickly get an acceptable garden
The planning is the main thing.
Measure, sketch on paper and plan the plant species in different zons: the
sunny arid ground, the sour shady part with rhododen-dron, the rock-garden,
shadow and sun, the wind shielded corner and the surface exposed to the wind.
From
the white moonlightsroom in lime, white and silver a red brick-path is winding
to the summer-house through blue and rose rooms.
The white garden is given the garden more depth and length when you are sitting
in the sumer-house i the twilight. Like a silver-gilt cloud in the nightfall
rises the crown of a pyrus salicifolia in the background.
The octagonal summer-house is put in the front part of the Sissinghurst-inspired garden with different rooms: the red-yellow sunset-garden, the blue-, the rose-coulered- and in the background the white garden.
