Artefacts are "things" created by people for a purpose or just for joy. Unfortunately, human activity also produces weapons and substances that are harmful to other people or are harmful to our biological environment. Let us suppose that the 80-20 rule holds; let us assume that at least 80% of all artefacts make life easier and more joyful for people or are beneficial for other forms of Life on Earth. Then let us aim at 98% vs. 2%, and later at 99.8% vs. 0.2%...
