The recipe of the vertebrate body was originally brought up on land from the ancient sea by an amphibian some 200 000 000 years ago. Now on land, food must provide us with elements that we got used to in the ancient sea: calcium, sodium, potassium, iron, zinc, selenium, sulphur, iodine...
