My own opinion of this album.
  • Yngwie's second solo album.
Marching Out is quite different to the precursor Rising Force as it contains only two instrumentals - Overture 1383 and Marching Out (not including Prelude).
I find the songs to be quite even in standard - on the high end with the top songs Disciples Of Hell, On The Run Again and the instrumental title track Marching Out.
On the album there are some flaws sound wise. The sound is not too clean and contains background noise. At recording, alternatively at mixing, some double effects (echoes) has appeared.
Throughout a very good album, perhaps some lack of abundance of variation.
The lyrics are throughout good to very good.
