About my pricing: Prices are in US dollars. I try to keep them at reasonable levels with respect to the market and availability. Shipping will be added at actual cost, i.e. no cost for handling etc. If there is no price for a particular item, just ask. Finally, feel free to make me offers!

Orders: Send me an e-mail with your inquiry including type, brand, quantity etc. and your full name and adress. Also indicate your desired payment method. Short after, I'll confirm with information about the total cost including shipping and payment details.

Payment: I accept credit cards through PayPal, a wire transfer, a Western Union Money Order (To see your nearest service provider, click here!) or US $ / Euro in cash sent in a Registered Airmail.

Delivery: This will be made prompt, as soon as I receive your payment. Normally I use insured priority airmail and you will have your package within approximate four to five business days.

Packing: The tubes are first packed together and fixed in a separate box. This box is then wrapped in plastic film and put into another box with "plastic chips" between. This ensures a good protection against most causes of damage.

General information: To be sure of the function, tubes are tested prior to shipping. This does not apply to tubes that are sealed in some way, since breaking the seal could mean a decreased value to some people. Testing is done on my professional valve characteristic meter model AVO VCM 163. It's a true mutual conductance or "transconductance" tester that also measures shorts, leakage, gas and anode current.

Matching of power tubes aswell as preamplifier tubes is available when there are many enough of the particular type.
Method: Gridvoltage (Vg1) within 5% and mutual conductance (gm) within 10% to achieve an equal anodecurrent (Ia) in all tubes, when set up in a normal operating condition. If you want me to match tubes by any criteria of your own choice, let me know.
