Sitting Support
The

Many elderly or disabled persons in hospitals, nursing homes, homes
for the elderly or in their own homes may be unable to sit up straight
in a chair. They slide from a chair or sag and fall forward to the
floor and may be hurt.
Sinanco Sitting Support prevents this and enables many otherwise
bedridden patients to sit up in a chair, avoiding bed sores, thrombosis
etc.
It can be used on all types of chairs including wheelchairs, armchairs,
dining-room chairs, car seats etc. in hospitals, nursing homes,
homes for the elderly and at home.
It is made from a soft but strong polyester material, washable at
40-60o
C. It is easily fixed around the back of
the chair without any tools, and when not in use it stays there,
always at hand.
Normally the patient can easily unfasten himself, but for the confused
or demented patients there is an extra safety band to prevent them
from falling.
There are three sizes: medium (for most chairs), large and small.
