Hsipaw/Lashio Much could be said about Hsipaw but I'll save most of it for some other time. Suffice it to say that it is a pleasant and interesting place well worth a few days, or as many as you have at your disposal.     Lashio is the southern endpoint of the infamous WW II "Burma Road".     Now, I suggest that you join me on a walk in the hills near Kalaw further south in Shan State.
