CODEX Space Nazis

Introduction

No one knows exactly where the Space Nazis come from. One of the more likely explanations would be that a freak warp storm engulfed a nearby planet and transformed its peaceful inhabitants into a race of murderous psychotics.

The History of the Space Nazis

The first verified encounter with the Space Nazis occurred some five hundred years ago. Without any warning, the Imperial planet Babylon was assaulted by an army of apparent human origin. The wore black uniforms, and marched in very tidy formations. They brought with them enormous war machines, and horrible chemical weapons. Soon, the planetary Defence Force was overrun, and communications ended.

An expeditionary force was sent by the Adeptus Terra to investigate what had happened. On arriving to Babylon, fearful scenes awaited them. The formerly so beautiful planet had changed. Where there were once forests and lakes, now stood large factories. Where there used to be cities, were prison camps - large enough to hold entire nations.

Not many of the Space Nazis remained on the planet at that time, only enough to guard the enslaved population, and these were promptly finished off.

This was the first of many encounters with the Space Nazis. The Space Nazis has never been a real threat to the Imperium, but the Inquisition has always closely observed their activities.

Organisation

Not much is known of their organisation, only that they rely heavily on armoured support and single personalities fighting alongside the ordinary troops.

Armour and Equipment Colour Scheme

At a quick glance, the Space Nazis resemble the Imperial Guard. They use flak armour extensively, powered armour is only worn by high ranking officers. They maintain a strict uniform standard, and carry lots of banners and icons.

Most uniforms are black. Weapon casings are painted brown or white depending on seasons. Vehicles are also painted white when used in snow, otherwise gray or green.
