Alison is one of the few characters who has been in the building since the beginning. She didn't last till the end, though. Alison was one of the "good" characters. Come to think of it, she was the only nice one in the building apart from Jake. Alison and Billy were like the Romeo and Juliet of Melrose Place - the perfect couple. Sadly, they never married, because he married Brooke. And later on, Alison married Brooke's father, Hayley Armstrong.
Alison actually went blind for a while, after Melrose Place had been bombed by Kimberley. She also had a drinking problem.
